However, appointments canceled/changed less than 12 hours of scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation charge which will be the full fee of your scheduled appointment time.
If you are canceling or rescheduling your appointment more than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you may do so at https://www.picktime.com/atailoredlifecoaching if this is the way you originally set up your appointment.
Or appointment cancellations/rescheduling may be sent via text message or email.
We are very sorry but there are no exceptions to this Cancellation/Reschedule of Appointment Policy.
