Are You Coachable?

A. Feel more self-assured, as though I'm proceeding on the right track.

B. Kind of irritated, because I don't feel that my personal aspirations are anyone else's business.

C. A little bit of both. At times I need that extra support and guidance. But at other times I want to move forward without having to check in with a guide or teacher or boss.

A. To ask lots of questions. I feel unsure until someone with expertise or in a position of leadership offers direction.

B. To dive into the material on my own, working through challenges without the help or interference of other people.

C. Likely to vary depending on what the assignment is about. If it’s something I enjoy and excel at, I’m more likely to complete the task without assistance.
